They eventually sent a replacement but in the wrong colour - plain blue - and never confirmed the correct colour (blue with pink trim) was ever sent. No explanation as to why the replacement is different. However they did seem quite honest and prepared to resolve an issue, primarily to their satisfaction, not mine!
