    BETTER THAN ALKALINES

    I get tired of leaking alkalines corroding and ruining my devices - esp ones that are little used. Lithiums are pricier, but the last much longer and don't corrode my stuff. Best to look for name brand ones at good prices and have a bunch on hand.

    Excellent performance

    Lithium batteries are the best performing batteries available on the market, bar none. Ordinary (alkaline, etc.) batteries leak, no matter what the manufacturer says; rechargeable batteries don't, but both start to decay almost immediately and in any case don't provide sufficient juice for tasks that need to power a motor, such as a milk frothing. They are pricey compared to other kinds of batteries, but if performance is your main concern, these batteries simply can't be beat.
