    BELL Cobra Head Shift Knob

    This is a nice shifter knob, not like the totally cheap plastic versions out there... But be aware, this unit has a metal base, but the actual cobra "head" is plastic... This product would have been awesome if they had made it all metal. The unit is functional ( I can still power shift in my cobra mustang ) however, this is a universal product. This means you use plastic inserts to fill the space between your shifter rod threads, and the diameter of the hole drilled into the base of the cobra head. Then you use 3 allen key bolts to secure into place. This leaves the shifter knob somewhat secure, but you can still move it slightly, no matter how tight you tighten the screws. And the allen key screws they supply are mass produced, and the tolerances are something to be desired. The ...
