    HELPED TRIGGER THUMBS

    I was able to avoid trigger thumb surgeries using P5P. I read online that P5P was found to help trigger finger in the 1960s. I also wore splints on my hands at night for awhile. Splinting plus P5P solved my problem. Also, for some unknown reason, my B12 level was scary high, but after taking P5P, my B12 went back to the normal range. I take P5P daily. As a church pianist and piano teacher, I can't afford to be laid up from hand surgery, so I'm really grateful to have found this.

    A very necessary supplement for those taking Magnesium.

    I have been taking this product to help my body properly absorb the magnesium supplement I use daily. I did a little experiment of going without it for a while .... wanted to see if it actually made a difference & believe me, IT DOES! IF you take magnesium, you need this product.
