Works as expected. It runs off mini-USB or batteries, I use mini-USB, no batteries needed this mode. Only issues, cuff is little short & it you move at all-during use, you will get an error message. It is super sensitive to body movement, so don't move during use. Accuracy is good as an older model I have worn out. It's good so far it has digital voice but them sometimes there are two contradictory results when taking blood pressure it can be misleading results but have to retake tests several times and closest result to the last reading with few differences in blood pressure reading is the one I take .
