    Item is used but badly damaged. Picture did not show damage. It is unusable. Price agreed was $140. But seller charged $ 160.00 plus tax and shipping. In addition the item is so badly damaged it does not operate as designed. Totally useless. Seller has not responded to 2 emails. I am very dissatisfied and it is the worse purchase I ever made on eBay. Seller supposedly had a good rating but this purchase was mis represented. I would like a refund.
