    I bought this pool cue from the sellers. The shipping was good, and quick. Packaging was done great, and their communication was spot on. Unfortunately, the pool cue had a warp or bend in it that could have been over looked or not seen by the sellers. I contacted them about it and they took care of me, gave me a full refund including the shipping. Dispite the huge flaw with the pool cue, I'm still going to give the sellers a positive feedback. For taking care of me and resolving this issue.
