But the worst is that I got a NEGATIVE ION machine, which is totally different from the HYDROGEN machine listed that I ordered! Now I have to wait for a return label. Even if the return goes smoothly it will still be a bad experience. But this seller just keeps messaging/haggling with increasingly larger partial refunds. If they don't fully refund me, I will have to get ebay to step in.
