    I love that this seller had more than 1 copy so I didn't have to make 2 separate purchases with delivery fees. The books came individually packaged and in excellent, never opened condition so I could easily gift the other copy. I initially was upset because i thought they had arrived very late... i didnt realize they were small enough to fit the mailbox, which i never check.     This could be a life changing book and has a wealth of information to assist us to gain more optimal health.

    Well written and easy to understand. The author recommends many tests to request from our doctors to prevent or reverse undesirable conditions and how to read and understand the values of these tests.

    Reading this book has changed my life! I was in menopause with depression, and when I read how damaging my diet was to my body, I wanted to change. Dr. Means showed which foods help or harm, and I set off on my journey to avoid all sorts of health problems we are supposed to expect as we age. Avoid: added sugar, processed food, and seed oils. She gives the scientific explanations and how to eat healthy, get 10,000 steps/day, regular sleep times, healthy recipes, & more. Went from a size 6 to a 2 without trying. My husband has lost over 20 pounds. We are much healthier & happier today than 6 months ago.
