    The APC arrived in a timely manner. It was packed in it’s original box. I connected the battery and attempted to turn on the unit. The APC would not power up. Upon closer investigation, I realized while the unit was new and unused, it was manufactured in 2017. I contacted Ebay as I was unable to get in touch with the seller on my Ebay app. He promptly offered me a partial refund for the purpose of purchasing a new battery. I agreed to his offer. He promptly refunded the agreed upon amount.
