The only way I can tell it was used is some damage to 1 wheel

Took off the panels and inside looked clean and unused. A few minor scuffs outside, but that was expected. A little old oil in the bottom of the crankcase, so emptied and put in fresh 10w30 (not included). Hooked up fuel, hit the starter, and it started and operated as if it were new. Had some questions and customer service was responsive and stellar. Overall nearly like new, but at 1/3 the cost of new.
