I was blown away to purchase this book at an economical cost. Because of that, I didn't mind paying the shipping charge. I will buy more of my books written by Christian authors from this seller. It was brand new and arrived quickly. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend the seller. The EW Kenyon book is very good and well worth the purchase.

  • Good book on the subject of blood covenants.

This book is a good read on the widespread practice of blood covenants throughout time and across cultures. Parts can be boring as the first 200 pages are quite redundant stating examples of the ancient pact in different cultures. But, there are some interesting tidbits that helps provoke further thought and examination of the atonement of Christ and blood covenanants from a biblical perspective.

  • The Return of an Historic and Scholarly Work

This is a reprint of a book written by Dr. Trumball in 1885. He was a Doctor of Divinity and lectured in many places. This book traces blood rites from ancient Biblical times to the late 19th century, and looks at both good and perverse notions in the shedding and mingling of blood. I enjoyed reading this book very much. It was a refreshing change from so much of the lurid literature which masquerades for research in the 21st century. Glad it was made available in an inexpensive format, such as a paperback.
