Sturdy, Rigid, a MUST for any miter saw bench..
I was worried (before I received this) that the screw-in bolt of the production stop would mar the back of the aluminum rails - but they already thought of how to keep that from happening! The flip-up stop was something I thought might be a little flimsy, but guess again.. rock solid, and adjustable. The hairline measuring windows are super-cool, and if you understand how to set it up properly (it does require a small amount of common sense), then you can make razor-sharp-accurate cuts FASTER than any other way. Stops the guessing game!
I have always liked the Kreg products and this one is no exception. The track is sturdy, the measurement rulers are easy to install. The stops are very well made and I like the fact that you can adjust the lenses so that if you install a thinner blade or thicker blade you can adjust the line on the lens to the exact spot on the ruler. I installed this on my miter saw extension wings.
