    Great for digestion

    This is a great product for growing your microbiome. I mix it with A2 milk Kefir and plain yogurt. Tastes great. Would definitely recommend combining this with other strong probiotics. Make sure the probiotics you buy will be able to ferment the types of fiber in this product (resistant starch, inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides) i believe. Be sure to combine this product with intermittent fasting to lessen bad bacteria and feed the good guys. Additionally, i have found hummus to be prebiotic as well. In addition to this product, look into the turpentine pure gum spirits protocol to remove harmful parasites from the GI tract. Works perfectly.
