Responsive seller & fast delivery! Received all 8 boxes the same day! 4 boxes in the morning and the other 4 in the afternoon. Everything came packaged well. There was just a few that had the screws, washers etc scattered inside the ottoman. I reached out to the seller and they had my missing items sent UPS a few days later. The coach was in new condition, no complaints! Saved money by buying here and not Amazon or Wayfair where they charge a lot more and they provided great service.
