Fast, easy transaction. White glove delivery was on time and it took less than 15 minutes for the men to unpack, set up, and test the loveseat. The item is as described. The power headrest and power lumbar support are perfect for my own needs. One small problem. I am 6' 2" tall. I wear pants with a 34" inseam. When fully reclined my feet extend beyond the footrest cutting off circulation. It's okay! I bought it for the power headrest & lumbar support to help in upright position.
