I've seen some people complain about the volume level of these noting that they're not very loud but I think they go loud enough! Could they go louder? Sure, But I'm getting older and already losing my hearing anyways probably from years of loud music and surroundings lol 😆😅🤣 so I do not have a problem with the volume of these earphones, they're very very comfortable, sound great, in-call chatting works great as well as my friends and family say it sounds like I'm talking in HD lol🙂👍, very responsive, connects fast & and lightweight. 👍👍🥳

"It is compact and exquisite, with excellent sound quality. The call quality is also good. However, the issue is that it doesn't fit well on the left ear. I've tried multiple ear hooks, but it still won't stay in place. Additionally, there are difficulties in connecting to certain Bluetooth devices."

Great Open earbuds
First, I saw that the battery life was ~ 5 hours, but I was disappointed with the battery life during calls is only ~2.5 hours. Second, the Sony Headphones app is glitchy, but you do not have to use it.. With those 2 complaints out of the way, the earbuds only take a little time to figure out the fit for my ears. They are light weight and I wear them for long periods with no fatigue. I think the sound is great and they still let me hear around me which is the point of these earbuds. On a noisy bus, I did find them lacking, but running and using them in my office so I can hear around me, they are terrific and sound great.

Good sound, weird fit
Sound is good, but adjusting earbuds is difficulty. Ears can hurt if not placed right, but sound is weaker or not balanced if you adjust the earbuds the wrong way. And it’s trickier to adjust earbuds than normal in ear devices.
