Heavy duty tubing and completely painted. If all of the hardware is there. it is perfect. I decided to save a couple hundred bucks. By weatherproofing myself. As described by the seller. Bottom line, nice deal on a roof rack. That has a higher max load capacity than some others. At this price point.
