I thought she gave clear explanations of each move. There are 2 people doing the workout, so the moves can be modified to fit your fitness level. I've been working out for a number of years, but just started working with kettlebells. I thought these exercises were not complicated to follow, but gave my muscles a good workout. I didn't love the music, but it wasn't bad. I guess I've just gotten spoiled with the upbeat music in turbo jam and hip hop abs.
Buy something else, anything else!
I was very disappointed with this video. The production quality is substandard. The audio on my disc was very bad -- the music drowned out the vocal instructions (which wouldn't be so bad, except the electronica is particularly terrible, even for a work-out video). There is a good variety of maneuvers, but overall I found this workout dull and was so put off by the quality of the DVD itself that I can hardly bear to use it. In fact, I will probably give it away or donate it to Goodwill. There are better kettlebell workout DVDs on the market for the money.
I love this workout. Minimal equipment, moves through the workout so quickly time flies. Excellent, effective moves.

Advanced + Well Structured
This one is for the advanced exerciser. If you go heavy with your kettlebell it will really test your limits. It is well structured and cued and time goes by quickly, Angie is a pro! You will feel your abs, shoulders and thighs the next day.
This is a wonderful workout. It's a real killer!!!! You will feel a difference after the first attempt. Doing it twice a week will be more than enough until you get the hang of it and build up your strength.
