Responded back with forthcoming new laws about childproof packaging requirements in future. This had nothing to do with what this seller sold to me that was in photo I purchased from. Exactly not what I ordered. I ordered 4 sets of 80 batteries. If the seller did not have the packaged ones as he sold me I should be contacted. Seller apologized for my inconvenience said do eBay return if I chose.

Both are good 312 batteries but the pictures shows an easy open packaging. The "Child resistant" package delivered is not only "child resistant" it is often adult resistant; read the other comments. We will not knowing purchase again from this vendor. We tried contacting the seller several times but the eBay system did not cooperate.
