Band is not alligator style like original, but smooth and still classy. New band is a bit thinner than the original so I did a little fussing with original clasp to get the smooth fastening action and detail I wanted, rather than use the new clasp, which of course didn't come with a TAG Heuer logo on it. Overall good value.
