All in all the customer service is better on their actual website where they don't have Ebay trying to make customers jump threw hoops just to make a return.

It was shipped FedEx Ground. Unfortionatly the Rocker Panel was Wrap and Protected properly in the box. But FedEx i guess did not help, they ruff with the box handling wise. Part got damaged in shipping. 1 end, got bent out of shape. JEGS Great Customer Service A+++++++++++++++++++++++ Refunded the Complete Purchase and Shipping was FREE. And was told to KEEP The PART A+++
