    I’ll start with the good: the product was received better than described. It is in flawless condition with zero visible damage. The included charger was a nice touch. Definitely good value. The packaging was sufficient without being too much. Lastly the bad: I ordered the product on a Friday early afternoon, and it did not ship until late in the day Monday. Finally, the included band DID NOT FIT the watch I purchased. Luckily I had another on hand. Overall good experience. Would buy again.

    A good upgrade from note 9

    I bought a note 9 512gb 3 years ago but unfortunately due to my case from Amazon not being able to keep it safe like advertised it began to get alot of cracks and curved screens aren't cheap to replace. I was forced to upgrade and this phone looked like a good direct replacement. So far it has been. It came with a usbc to usbc adapter to transfer all that 512gb of internal storage from one phone to another. It was pretty cool to see that it also was able to charge my note 9 battery when it started getting lower during the transfer. One thing I was worried about was not having an aux port. It came with usbc headphones so that solved that issue temporarily but it looks like I may have to update many of my older audio devices to Bluetooth or usbc. This phone seems to be much much quicker ...

    Nice phone, sorry software

    everything appears to be functional, only problem is that it will not update the android system. Android 13 is released for this phone, problem is that it is carrier branded. Unless you use it on AT&T network, it WILL NOT UPDATE!

    This phone has all the features and memory you could possibly want!

    This phone has been out of stock everywhere that I looked. I wasn't aware that the phone has a memory card slot, but having halt a Tb and an expansion slot for memory will keep me from running out of memory for quite a while. The new phones always slow down when there is a memory crunch.

    Great phone

    I upgraded from a Note 9 o this Note 20 because of the processing power and the like the S-pen feature with my phone. I like the camera on this phone as well. All of the other stuff I haven't used it to the full yet.

    Great phone but expensive

    Lots of storage and I love the ability to insert 1TB in addition to 512GB storage. Fast and beautiful screen. Very expensive. For those that want the best and price is no object. Size is good. I went from note 8 to this. Love the pen factor.
