      An excellent transaction, laptop arrived the following day, it was very well packed in a purposed made box , wrapped in bubble wrap. It is in very good condition and as described. There was some software missing, but when I contacted him he immediately apologised and refunded more than the value, with a link to download it. This is now done and the laptop is now fully operational, it is very good value for money. I would highly recommend this seller as genuine and very easy to deal with.
