A few barely noticeable scratches on the screen, came clean and easy to set up. The "I" key came messed up, but I was easily able to fix it. Just be aware that there were many updates needing done, and it took about a day for me. Battery also doesn't last super long, but this is likely a result of me connecting it to various devices.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business.
