La imajen que aparese del producto no es lo mismo que envian. Yo pedi el que tiene la imajen del martillo negro y ellos mandan el del martillo rojo que es plastico. Estoy totalmente desconforme con el producto. El numero de serie tendria que ser pcc620b The image that comes out of the product is not the same as what they send. I asked the one with the image of the black hammer and they send the one with the red hammer that is plastic. I am totally unhappy with the product. The serial number would have to be pcc620b

Good for around the house
Wanted to mount a TV on the wall in the basement and my normal drill just was not gonna cut. I already have a set of 20V Porter Cable tools so the lack of batter/charger was not a big deal. This def made the job a lot quicker. Might have been a dull bit that i had, but it didn't tear through the cement like my dad's old cordless Milwaukee drill does. But again, it could have just been the bit i had. I wouldn't think this would be a "good" choice if you're a professional using it all day long on big jobs, but if you're just putzin' around the house I would think this should do ya just fine. Only issue I had was that it was shipped in a padded USPS bag stuffed in a non-padded USPS bag stuff in another padded USPS bag. I know it's a tool and should be able to survive getting thrown around a little, but was still disappointed in the lack of a box of some kind being used. Great tool from a once great company.
I've always been a fan of Porter Cable. I still have a pair of 14 volt tools (2004?) that work just fine if I could get the batteries for them reasonably. My only regret is that Black and Decker/Dewalt bought them out and now treat Porter Cable as a second line tool. They reserve all the cool stuff for the Dewalt line and treat Porter Cable like the unwanted stepsister. They could have run concurrent brands with cross over batteries and really cornered the market. Now Makita and Milwaukee are serious contenders.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
