Awesome retro gaming
Awesome system,plays everything i throw at it. One thing tho, i recommend buying some original nes,snes and genesis controllers because the controllers are cheap that come with the system. But, you really want to play these old games with the controllers that you played them with back in the day. Works ok
Sometimes you have switch multiple times to get the snes to work. Hard to get games out, they fit really snug in the ports. You must buy wired controllers, the wireless ones that come with system are very unresponsive. But the system works well, sound and video are great. A better option for your aging NES
My NES and the cables are getting on in years so this comes along at a great price and I jumped at the chance to get one. It plays all of my old games, even the ones that required a few tricks to work in my NES, and the Game Genie as well. There are a few drawbacks, however, like the sound only being mono since there is only one audio cable, the controllers feel kind of flimsy while something rattles inside, and the console itself doesn't want to let go of the games. Besides these minor annoyances the system is a great buy with sturdy parts, easy set up, long cables, and is compatible with all the old NES attachments and original controllers. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on a RetroN, then this is the next best thing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worth every penny
So far so good. The device works as advertised. The manual says you should only have one set of controllers and one game at a time plugged in. I have nes, snes, and genesis cartridges and controllers all plugged in and they work fine. I bought some of those multicartridges that have 100+ games each and the system works great. The only small complaint for me is I wish the av cord was longer, but I ordered a 12 ft one and that solved it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Really fun to bring back the old games. Bring your own controller though, the wireless controls aren't that good and you have to use one or the other. Great deal for the price

Needs to be improved
The sound on SNES is terrible. Incorrectly soldered resistors. Instead of 273 - 272. Not at 27 kOhm, but at 2.7 kOhm, which is why the sound is overloaded. Joysticks out of the box are terrible. The pinout is not the same. Buy original gamepads (or clones) for each console.
