    Wear out tooooo much that tripod & head both are not function properly

    The tripod.& Head looks in a good condition, but both are not work functionnoly right. The tripod dose not locking when it is rise up. And the head has too much play that clonkes when pan and tilt. I have to spend some time to fix all those to make it work properly...
