    Tldr: item was broken, but seller made me whole. While the item that was shipped was irreparability damaged (they double boxed it and it was still broken) and didn't work when plugged in, the seller, Ozarkazon, really stepped up and made a difference in this shopping experience by offering a full refund and to save time by not having us box and ship it back. The item was the best price I could find online and it pains me to try and find an alternate way to buy this. Shipping was fast.
