    The laptop came in damaged from transit, it is functional and looked exactly like the photos save from the damage. It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

    So far, like it a lot!

    This brand new iPhone 13 was still in its original box. Battery still has a capacity of 96% even though it had been in there for a few years, so that was really great. Moving from a 8 Plus has taken a little getting used to, and still learning about the differences. So far, like it a lot. Had a little trouble in the setup, transferring data with the cable provided. Turns out it was not a good cable, when we changed to a different one, the changes went fine. So that's just a heads-up for everyone.

    The charger didn't have the square gadge...

    The charger didn't have the square gadget to put into an outlet. Also, no instructions. I'm elderly and the fella at Verizon did his best to get my data transferred; also pointed out some features that I've already forgotten. So I need to purchase that gadget & download at good old Youtube on the features in the new (used & certified) iphone 13.

    Great phone

    This replaced an iPhone 11 Pro, it’s very fast and the photos are all good if not better than the last phone. Although it doesn’t have a telephoto feature like the Pro, it is a great everyday phone.

    The iPhone 13 has better than expect battery life, it is pretty easy to use, and very versatile. As an Apple product, the spam filters are excellent and they are less prone to be hacked.
