IMPRESSIVE BUILD
This Notre Dame build is quite impressive. It not only is 3D, but is large in size and quite ingenious in how it goes together. It IS a challenging build, but the end result is well worth the effort. This was my 2nd CubicFun build (Titanic was my 1st) and the quality of their puzzles are quite something. I HIGHLY recommend their puzzles.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Building the Cathedral
This model is an excellent way to show why the interior of the Cathedral was not destroyed by the finre. The vaulted ceiling, for the most part, survived and protected the whole interior from severe damage. Where the few breeches did occur, the damage was reparable. With this model, the stained-glass windows are on plastic inserts, much like an old-fashioned color slide. These must be fixed in place with double sided tape provided in the kit. It is labor intensive, but the end result is stunning. Every piece is numbered and a specific plan for installation is indicated. Don't out guess the instruction and take shortcuts. You are building three separate structures, when, when completed, form the whole and open so you can see the interior. I did find it easier to put the basses together first and then add each section as it was completed, rather than build the structure, they try to mount the parts on the base.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
