Informed seller on 13th that item had not arrived, received no reply. Got message from USPS on 15th that item had been shipped that day. Envelope arrived on 19th, empty, with a hole in one corner. Immediately sent message to seller with photos of the envelope. Finally received a reply and refund on the 21st. A small piece of extra wrapping on the knife would have prevented this.

Messaged the seller November 21st asking if the item had shipped since the estimated arrival was the 21-24 and they stated they would ship within two business days. Instead of a response, they created a tracking number. More days go by with no communication. It is now November 26th and the package still hasn’t been dropped off at the post office. I’ve requested to cancel my order and still no response. But yet are still listing new items. Very poor communication.
