    Received completely incorrect item - I had order a cosplay that cost over $200 and they sent a small keychain likely worth less than $5. Attempted to resolve by returning item but they wouldn't provide a shipping label and asked me to send them my PayPal info, which I refused to do. I had to get Ebay involved who gave them 5 days to send me a return label which they did not. Ultimately, Ebay took care of me and refunded me. Long story short, buyer beware these guys are a scam.

    Figure arrived with the box covered in dents, figures left leg is extremely loose. The figure can’t stand on its own. No help from the seller at all. Very bad service, considering it’s a £200 figure. A figure that has no use now. And this figure was suppose to be brand new. Shocking service. Stay clear from this guy.
