    Item arrived quickly in proper packaging and the device I received is in top notch quality. Not a single visible blemish on the condition, spotless. Quick look inside, and everything is as it should be. A very minor qualm, is that the pictures on the listing weren't 100% accurate. They showed a full-sized ethernet port, whereas this model requires a dongle. A little disappointing but not the end or the world. Would highly recommend this seller, great products at a fair price.

Unit was basically brand new (plastic protection on the power button and the power brick still!) even though it was advertised as refurbished, excellent condition. Not a mark on it!     I had a terrific experience. I purchased 3 T14 notebooks and all were like new. Shipping was prompt and they were professionally packaged, using notebook bubble containers. I tested all 3 extensively and they are in good order. I did find a bad wifi card but the seller responded within minutes and assisted me in getting a replacement card the next day. Every bit of the transaction was well handled. The seller was never more than a few minutes away, for any question I had. Very well done.
