They were very helpful in going through many steps with me and finally told me it was defected and to return to seller. They took down a code on bottom of box and did all they could. I am returning it to address on envelope provided for refund (Varden Sarkisyan, Varden & Shed) All in original packaging.

    Voice hearing problem

    During calls people complain that they don't hear my voice properly sometimes when talking through Bluetooth or without it I'm not happy with it it's brand new phone shouldn't be that way , and the charger head is not included.
