I tried for 6 hours , to install the Windows Xp drivers , from an archived version of the scanner install CD/DVD . It was NOT recognized . Just as I was about to give up , I looked on the "back label" of the Duplex Document scanner , and saw "fi-6130Z" . So I independently found the specific TWAIN driver. I replaced the TWAIN driver on the install CD software, for the "fi-6130", the "Scasndall Pro" .SUCCESS !
