    The laptop came in damaged from transit, it is functional and looked exactly like the photos save from the damage. It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

    Another home run from Dell

    This machine is a monster!! It meets or exceeds all my requirements. Fast, cool running, light, compact, it is absolutely what I wanted for travel. I am able to do all of what I wish to do at home, but on vacation or business travel...fact is, I put it in the dock at home, and access it remotely from my home PC to do the lion's share of my computing at home, as well! Good stuff!!
