    As balsamic vinegar goes, it’s just “okay”. Would not purchase again, and definitely not at the same price. Seller did a great job packaging it, other than running packing tape across the labels so that they rip off the bottle when unpacking. Using a simple piece of tissue paper would avert this. Took them almost three full days to ship from the time of my order. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry.

    MAYBE if you REALLY need Rum Batter fast? Otherwise...

    This expensive product disappoints and sadly adding MORE batter does not help. This batter is missing the "deep' tastes" of "all good things" that goes into full/decent "hot buttered rum batter". Tastes like the nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon ~ all very important. Now these items MAY be in there, but even a 'butter taste' is minimal. Contrast the cost of this batter and the cost of building your OWN batter from 'scratch'? It's FUN and there are plenty of recipes for "home made" online. It's READY in 15 minutes WITH ALL of the rich TASTES of 'Spices', brown sugar and butter that can't be missed! You will also have PLENTY of BATTER to SHARE, freeze and enjoy later! So was this batter a good value? Personally, I won't buy again... but you decide for yourself.

    Great taste

    Best Christmas New Year batter mix on the market. It makes a perfect hot toddy on a chilly evening. Making my own batter is time consuming so during the holidays i like to go to the Trader Vic Batter.
