    Favorite Distortion Pedal!

    I have tried much more expensive distortion pedals, and not been a huge fan of the sound. This pedal however, is an exception! It sounds great, and I still have quite a bit more gain on tap than I need. The voice switch changes the contour of the mids. The up position sounds like an overdrive with no gain and tone at 6 into an amp, while the down position is like going straight in. It sounds like an oldschool marshall, with some really sweet, but defined treble. Dead quiet too. Also, it sounds awesome with everything on 12! ...Or use the settings in my picture for a gnarly metal tone :)
