    The item was Described as new and it was.. And it was a good Value. I would really like to give some KUDU's on the Shipping and Packaging. The decals and info came fast. It was pouring down rain this afternoon when it arrived. If it weren't for the care and cellophane Packaging those decals would have been a total loss.
