    I had contacted the seller prior to the sale and they responded almost immediately. This sale was processed, quickly shipped, and the lens received in beautiful condition. Thankfully it was well protected as the same can’t be said for the box. Thats not the sellers fault. The box resembled an old luggage tv ad featuring gorillas as baggage handlers. The lens was sold with no front lens cap but it was almost half the asking price elsewhere. Highly recommend this seller!

    Great but very heavy

    Like all the 'Little Giant' ladders they are built to last a lifetime. But, they are hell to move around they are so darn heavy. I bought the 17' ladder not too long ago. But I moved recently and decided to give it away to someone as I hated to use it. It had wonderful features buy it needs to be made out of another material. I'd gladly pay more for a ladder that I could handle easily. The ads show a petite lady handling the 17 footer. What is not disclosed is that the lady is actually a 'hairless gorilla.' I'm glad that this new three step 'Little Giant' is to be used in just my woodshop as I would hate to have to move it very far, it is too heavy to move around.

    Great ladder

    Perfect for the in-between projects (like painting) that you don’t need your big ladder, but know that the step stool is too short. The size of the steps are nice in that you can fit your entire foot on and feel stable. The mats on the steps if great too because they grip your shoe. Definitely recommend for all households to have!

    Best of all ladders, extremely well made!

    First experienced using this ladder in the store I worked in. Impressed immediately when climbing and standing, very secure and solid feel. Wide steps with rubber pads makes standing comfortable and easy on your feet. Easy to roll on hard surface by leaning back onto rollers. Safety grab bar helps to secure your balance. Very well made, folds easy. I now own one at home!

    Sturdy, safe step ladder.

    It is very sturdy. I had a flimsy little two step and it tipped on me and I hurt my leg and so I got this ladder. It won’t tip over.
