Horrible seller, wrong description (incorrect model & description), slow delivery (17 days), had to open a claim to receive refund (no refund after 14 days of item return delivery). I Needed eBay to intervene to issue a refund.

Was listed as open box which should include accessories but did not include a charger. I bought two and not a single charger. Reached out said would send them out the next day. Never got. Reached out again and stated they don’t have the chargers. So obviously these are not new open box items. I bought for my child’s birthday so disappointed.
