I have contacted him after he tells me after I purchase the item that it is not unlocked and cannot get it unlocked and asked me if I still want it. Why would I want it if it’s locked? I haven’t even offered to refund it, and has ignored me  since the only answer he responded to was at 3 AM. So I’m not at all happy I start school in less than a week I needed that laptop and now I’m not supposed to get it until the 10th and I have to wait until then to request my money back.
