    The true nature of a company comes out when there are issues, & this is a fantastic company to work with. USPS majorly screwed up my delivery. I always opt to pick up at the post office for a live guarantee. They mistakenly put it on the mail truck & for some reason didn’t deliver for two days.     Packaging could be better, arrived with the bag it was shipped in torn to shreds with a white canvas bag holding the sand unraveled. Sand was fine of course, its sand. I like the color. Value, for what I got, is good, condition was fine (it's sand...). Quality, well, it seems okay.
