    Huge Disappointment

    There is a LOT of content here. BUT... good luck finding anything. Lets say I want to make turkey tetrazzini That would be under poultry right? Well.. no. Maybe it's under pasta. Ummm no.... Cooking for one or two?.... nada, maybe it's under Grand Prize winners... nope, oh here it is under Potluck picks. In short this is a HUGE cookbook that I find to be totally useless. I find the index to be as confusing as the layout of the cookbook itself. This is NOT a condemnation of Taste of Home cookbooks. I have others that I have used till they are dog eared, but this one is going to library book sale.
