The item showed that it was supposed to be new, not even close to new! It was obvious as soon as I opened it that it was not packaged properly. When I started pulling out the parts, nothing was in the original plastic bags and the cardboard that holds the pieces in the box was all broken up. Then i started pulling the pieces/parts out and looked at the base plate of the unit. It's dirty as hell! Look at the photos, does this look new????
