    Based on a true story!

    This is one horror film that stands alone... There's lots of suspense, and Gore galore that will keep you on the edge of your seat! "I spit on your grave" AKA "Day of the woman" it is a story of a woman that has been brutally beaten and raped repeatedly... And left for dead. The four men believe that she is really dead. They thought wrong! Down the line she repairs a horrific and ultimate blood drenched revenge for each of the men. It's a no holds bar a graphic violence as she sets out to get them, one by one they pay the ultimate and bloody price for the attack and the rape of the woman. This is one horror film that stands alone. This is a horror cult classic fave that is not for the squeamish!

    The victim did everything except spit on their grave.

    This original version was better in some ways than the later remake but in the remake, some of it was better than the original. Either way, I liked the pay back kill shots.
