That being said, I got an actual phone call from Allison, they went above and beyond to fix the issue and take care of me. They sent me a brand new unit, loaded with “swag” and even sent it Sat delivery w/UPS. I’ll tell anyone looking for Car Audio, “you cant go wrong with Sound of TriState.”Allison was wonderful.
