    Best Product Ever - wish I found years ago!!!

    Cleanse More is natural, no harsh herbs, no dehydrating fiber. It allows me to have natural, healthy bowl movements without strain. I am lactose intolerant, So any milk makes me constipated. I was taking two when I first started taking then, when I was very backed up, but 1 at bedtime does the trick everyday, not too much, not too little, just right. I had a nutritionist prescribe it to me years ago in the 2 part cleansing box that Renew Life had. Just found 6 months agoI could but the Cleanse More without the other detox supplement. Worth every penny. I dont always need to detox but I do need the laxative. Now that I am only taking 1 per day, bottle will last me 3 months. The pills smell horrible, just warning you but they do not create indigestion or a bad after taste.

    Not the same as before

    Cleanse More USED TO BE the best. Then when the label changed, the quality cheapened and it's not as good. The EBay site showed the old label. Thus we really didn't get what we wanted. Some new Manager or company changed the production process.

    helps you poo comfortably

    you can use these for up to a month continuously. after that the mfr recommends you take a break (probably to avoid possibility of magnesium overdose). when i first started using these, they worked a magic that no other product had managed to do: help get my colon moving again, and without discomfort or diarrhea. they do have a nasty taste, if you should happen to taste the powder residue. but as long as you wipe the powder off the capsules and swallow the capsules whole as intended, you shouldn't taste anything.
