This remake of the 1961 comedy-fantasy 'The Absent-Minded Professor,’ brings color, life, and greater definition to the inadvertent invention of Professor Philip. Flubber or Flying Rubber is antigravitational, translucent green in color, it shines, it pulsates, and it loves to dance. The film bounces along with realizations and discoveries of the many uses of Philip Brainard's invention as he negotiates corrupt businessmen, fiancé stealing friends, a bankrupt University, and failing students. 'Flubber' is a slapstick, creative, and entertaining film, embellished with original pranks from the original screenplay by Bill Walsh.
